I have purchased a TR-7 with the hopes that I can bypass the video lockout feature on my Clarion NX-409 receiver. I read in a forum that I need to follow the same directions as for an Alpine stereo but to disregard the Alpine footbrake wire as it's not needed for the Clarion. I have set the unit up on program 2 as verified by the LED. I have the red wire to switched input, black wire to ground, green wire to blue/white wire( on Clarion harness which is for Amplifer Turn on), and white wire to the green wire on Clarion harness. Could you please advise if this is not the correct setup or what should be changed to make this work with a Clarion NX-409? Thank you.
