Clarion APA450 Amplifier 4/3/2 Channel Amplifier 400 Watts.....ANY GOOD?

HI is this amp any good, looking to push hertz hsk's 6.5 comps or a set of rainbow comps...plus some 6x9's....

probably a nice amp..... I do not think this is one of them, but many of the clarion amps have the same internals as the Arc audio XXK's

I have a Clarion 5 channel that has same internals as the XXK5150

lost of nice amps in your price range....

 
For those type of components you are only willing to spend 50-150 on an amp to push them? The clarion amp is good but for a budget setup... Look at some EP series hertz amps, MTX, kicker etc etc...
