Yeah it is a nice amp, one of its benefits is the relatively small footprint so it can be mounted in a variety of places. What are you trying to power with it?

Well I am building a system. I started with the HU and now amp. I dont know what speakers I will be looking at.

A buddy of mine can get me this amp for 150.00. It retails supposedly for 399.00 I believe.

Is the DIRECTED AUDIO XTREME 4600X a better amp than the Clarion I have listed? better price for the directed but not sure about amp quality.
