Circuit city TVs?

Sense their website is pretty much no more... has anyone been in circuit city sense yesterday? i was wondering how much of a price cut was on their 50 inch LCD or Plasma's.. just havn't had a chance to go yet :/

I read an article on the risk of buying things like this from them casue they will not have any kinda warranty or anything besided the manufacturer. I was gonna go, just to see. But I didnt have time though.

They still offer a full warranty on everything. FYI

they use a third party warranty company that is still very much in business

i dont know how you got that TV for 299. but it really isnt a good idea to rush and go buy stuff from there. My friends is the manager at the CC by me and all their doing is marking things up to full price then giving you %10 off so its still more then some places like best buy or ABC warehouse if you have one of those buy you. so really its not a good deal unless you know someone who works there and will sell you shit for what ever they feel like marking it
