I don't believe they outsourced, just hired new low level employees. I guess thats atleast one step above shipping service/support over to india.

i think its bad they they go bankrupt they sell alot of product but if they did go bankrupt it would boost the sales for small shops witch is good to

Hope its true! I think I knew more about car audio at 13 than any of the circuit city salesman did!

Ive watched them fry a complete electrical system in an 05 Denali by trying to add an Overhead screen!

worked there before it started taking the nose dive. glad theyre going down the drain if its true. they laid off a lot of good people that i knew. never buy their warranty, they never ever ever keep their promises, even to their own employees.

i call it circuit sh ity for a reason
