Goin to be running 2 runs of 0ga power wire to the back batteries. Need to order my circuit breakers for each run what size should i get? The amps are 1 Rockford T30001bd and 1 Rockford T4004bd amp.

Why a circuit breaker instead of a fuse? Install a circuit breaker if you want a switch. Install a fuse if you really want to protect the circuit.

i was always told either would work just as well

If you use the CB as a switch you decrease its reliability. A fuse works every time.
