Christmas just came early for me.

You are an evidenced liar anyway. You have disregarded the social contract rule to always speak what's true. I have no use for you.
John Kuthe...
WTF are you saying??

Whatever man...hope you leave this site very soon. No batteries needed.....just a HO alt. Pftt.....I highly doubt anyone with a 5k amp is gonna listen to you.
@hispls I thought Shocker was gone..?? Confirm this please. Used to be popular years ago.

Monster of an amp for sure. Don't see too much of Shocker anything anymore.
Shocker Mike is still sort of around. Mainly keeping a supply of softparts for all the Shocker motors still floating around, but he did get a batch of these amps built a few years back. Short version of the story is he contacted Korea and got the biggest thing they could make. Supposedly the guys who have been using them have had good results and apart from gross abuse they've been reliable. I heard about them when they came out but at the time my Zeds were still under warranty and I didn't have space to fit more batteries.

Apart from a couple prototypes he hasn't had any new subs since the USA made TC days and it's mainly old motors being circulated around with new parts. Lots of competitors still use sigs and blow things up regularly so that keeps things going.

I'll attempt to install it tomorrow and update with some pictures. Just sitting in the crate pics don't do it justice, it's a really big amp.

Oh and yes, it wants batteries and a lot of them. Keep in mind most guys using these types of amps are doing serious dB-Drag engine off just on batteries and the guys getting big numbers are running huge battery banks. You need a lot of batteries as close to the amp as possible.

I see. Great score.

Since we all know, one particular person on here, in this very thread, said there's no need for extra batteries. Don't mind him tho..he's a liar.

I ate a lot of acid in the early 90's and have a soft spot for mentally challenged people. I could have hit an unlucky windowpane and wound up like that.... there but for the grace of God go I.
