Ok so Im in the market for a new 2k+ amp. I was looking for a AQ2200 but saw a deal on a sundown 2000 for 400. Now usually the AQs go for about a 100 less and make im guessing 200 watts less at 14 volts??? What would you guys do as far as purchasing the sundown. I had a SAE-1200D that got stolen and I was in love with it. Sounded better than my MB quart DSC-1500, so I figured that i would probably like a efficient amp more than a rated amp. So would you guys go for the sundown or wait for another AQ to pop up on the market. Also if you guys got some suggestions on good amps that make there power down low in the 12s like the sundowns do I would like to hear about them.

Can't go wrong with sundown amPs. If you got the money I'd go with sundown

if you want power at low voltage check out some of the dd amps. probably out of your price range but iir they rate their amps at 12.9v....

or go sundown like everyone already said

DD rates their amps at 11.9 used to rate them at 10.9 though
