Choices choices choices...... Aq2200 or soundstream 3400dtr

ok guys i need help making a decision... i can either buy an AQ2200D from a buddy of mine for $300 or i can get a SOUNDSTREAM 3400DTR for $325 from someone else.....

both amps are rated @ 2200rms @ 1ohm and the DTR is 3400rms @ .5 ohms

i will be powering a single DC LVL 4 XL 12" @ 1ohm

with power quantity being a factor the soundstream would be the obvious choice BUT i would like to get opinions & advice from you guys who may have had experience with both/either of these amps and could give me any valuble information....

I vote for the DTR.

Its hard to find a lot of info on the DTR's but the 3400 is a nice amp that does rated. Heck a guy on here even used the DTR2200 instead of the AQ2200 he has, which the DTR was intended as backup, lol
