Cheep for the girl

my girl has a nice set up blown factory speakers in her golf. so i was looking for some replacements. really don't feel like spending a lot of money because 1 not my car and 2 just a girlfriend and idk how long we are going to be together. But i want them to sound ok none the less.

how are these?

they will only ever be run off head unit power and as long as they don't blow a few months down the road or sound like complete dick ill get them. or if any one had any suggestions for around 100-120

You need to look at Powerbass, they sound awesome and are cheap.

Cdt audio has some CL comps for $99 shipped that sound much better compared to the RSD65's.

i have a set of these ran off of a pioneer head unit. They sound great even off head unit power. I cant imagine how great they would sound powered by an amp.
