Check this out this is so gay!

What about the ricers with their fart cannons?

Lets hear from michaell wright (sp) //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/banghead.gif.8606515f668c74f6de0281deb475b6fd.gif

The ticket hear is $79.80

I got one it was about 9:00 at night just gettting INTO town from work and I just passed the city limit and I got pulled over. I argued with him about the ticket for a while saying I wasn't even in a residential area and all that blah blah blah so he gave me the ticket anyways and when he walked away I said "thanks for the birthday present" cause it was the day before my birthday.

yeah i mean what the heck! doesnt make since.. i mean these bikers add pipes and stuff to make them louder right? so do we!
Actually the loud Harleys have had their muffler removed, running 'straight pipes'. Generally this is illegal, every state Ive heard of its illegal I believe, but its one of those if the cop feels like pulling you over for it laws.

their doing that around here now too. i believe it said if your system can be heard from over 300ft away they will confiscate it,
Confiscate it for how long?? They have to give it back, it's your property and perfectly legal to own.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating noise violations.....but "confiscating" legal personal property is completely asinine

Car's, houses, boats, etc. A house, for example, is perfectly legal to own of course. But if you are caught growing pot there, the house can be seized. I read an article a while back, a young man was living with his grandmother in her house. He was busted for drugs, a few pot plants were found hidden in the backyard (by the grandson, unknown to the grandmother), and they still seized the house. But they were nice, they let the grandmother stay until she dies.

edit: large amounts of money with no proof where you got it can many times be assumed drug money and seized as well

Well I've worked my *** off with local dealers and competitors to insist on being responsible and thus far no big increases on sound law enforcement..

Still all it takes is one *** hole to ruin it for everyone...so I beg all of you...act responsible so we all dont loose this sport that means soooo much to all of us.

Where I used to live we had pretty strict laws, but I come to college and people are pounding away at all hours of the night every night with no tickets....in the state capital city, must not be as strict here.

I have to say I'm very very sad about this though, because I no longer have me beloved car with me, and I"m so much louder than most of these bragging fools //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/chix.gif.b7a2c3844cd4b49b8430443da768250e.gif

Actually that depends, at least here in VA. If you have past violations, how fast you were over the speed limit. So on and so forth. I think if you're going over the speed limit 50 MPH than your liscence is taken immediatlely, jail-time, and your car is impounded with a nice fee! Luckily my ticket was for only 34 over and it was christmas so the officer didn't throw me in the back of his car! It was a nice x-mas gift though. I rarely go 10 over now and that's because I am going with traffic!

I wouldnt want to be caught in Texas with a loud system they would give you the death penalty! Back in Mass. my friends all got tickets for their systems, and mine was way louder. Luckily my alpine HU has a mute button! Alpine is on top of things, that button has saved me numerous times! In Florida cops are usually less likely to pull you over than Massachusetts. When I first got down here, I drove around with my neons to see if any cops care, and nothing. In mass they would cut your balls off for having neons!
