like the title says, i recently sold a sub to a guy, but i was wondering where can i send the 18in sub that is at least 35-45lbs at? ups is pretty expensive, but can i go to the usps and ship it from there? i want to ship this by tomorrow. any inputs?

double box it if possible, and the carrier isnt as important as the packing. spend the extra $5-10 on good packaging or its going to cost you alot in the long run when your ****** packaging ruins the sub in transit and you are on the hook for it!

you shouldn't want to cheap out on shipping an 18 inch sub. did you sell it at a shipped price? if so you probably should have asked higher if you were worried about how much it would cost to ship. you want to double box it and use very hard Styrofoam and pool noodle material.

Also make sure the bottom of the box has a layer of particle board or similar as does the top to keep things from busting in or out of the box from the critical points.
I was going to put this but figured if he is looking for cheap ways to ship it would be out of the question, even if the correct way...

The way I see it is do it right the first time. Your only going to spend more money and more time if you do it wrong the first time and have to fix your fuck ups.

i will include the insurance on it if anything does happen. i will had a whole lot of hard foam from my job since we do get a lot of heavy shipment to my job.

my buddy sold a blown AB 500.1 on ebay for 250, insured it for 1400. the ups driver left the package on the doorstep and someone took it. ups said they would only cover the original selling price. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
