maybe u shouldnt have ever bought a capacitor??

and thats just with my experience, ive had numerous returns that ive done through them and they have all gone very smoothly

Yeah if you know someone who works there employee discounts on car audio at BB are huge, my broither used to be a geek squad guy.

whether or not i actually needed it is another story, but when it comes in with no packaging material in the box, the cap's packaging cut open & missing the hardware/charging resistor; and the mounting brackets broken they should have taken it back. Instead they told me I had to call ups and make a claim; who in turn denied the claim becuase of lack of packaging. It never got resolved.

I tried to charge the thing with a different resistor; it would fully charge and as soon as I took the battery off it the voltage would slowly drop back down to about 1 volt and die.
