Cheap Vid Card Need Help Plz

Okay I know there are gamers on this board and I know some of you actually know what the hell you are doing. I have narrowed it down between these two cards below, as they are hella cheap. Please give input and advice, or even if you know of another card. No more than a hundred dollars, as I mentioned this is a budget card. Shooters and some RPGs will be played, mainly shooters like CoD4/5 and say Fallout 3 as an RPG. Thanks in advance.
