Cheap amplifier options and what would you chose

I am not looking for a professional setup/sound, I just want to take my car stereo to the next level above the HU power. (If I feel the need to upgrade this amplifier will be passed onto one of my other vehicles for sure).

I want the amplifier to power my JBL GTO608C 6.5 components rated at 70w rms @ 2ohms. I want to have rear jbl 6x9's but have been told they are not needed with proper amplified 6.5 front components in my 1999 civic coupe. In the future I'd possibly use this in my 1995 F150 crew cab (6.5 front/6x8 rear) or my 1999 Ford windstar (6x8 front/rear) so a 4 channel will be better.

So your looking for a 2 channel for under $100 that can power ur 6.5's correct?? All that's listed above is junk. The alpine is the only one I would even glance at..

Looking for either a 2 channel or a 4 channel, a 2 channel for the current vehicle but I'll take a 4 channel to use until I find a good replacement, it would then be passed onto another vehicle.

I am using an Alpine KTP-445U ( a very compact 45wX4 @4ohm or 80wX2 @2ohm) amp to run my front channel and it was a major improvement over my head, which is an Alpine CDE-147BT. The little amp is powering a set of Alpine components in the doors and a set of Alpine 4" speakers in the dash. As small as it is, it is 2006 CEA certified to be making 45w x 4 @ 4ohms. It has a crossover and can be hooked to rca jacks or line level speaker wires. I have seen them at around 60 on ebay, brand new they are 100 bucks. It would be all you need for that component set, and would power those 6x9s should you decide to add them later. Also, it is super easy to install.

Some of those probably makin 10 watts a channel no exaggeration. This amp is very important to your system i wouldnt go to cheap

Out of those the Alpine.

Look into the PPI black ice amps. Awesome budget amps. Bandpass filter. Active capable.Best bang for your buck IMO.

seriously if you need lots of power on the cheap

if you can the black ice 520 is only 5 dollars more and its active capable

this will absolutely DESTROY every suggestion you have brought up so far OP. Dont be in that mind set where you keep buying junk and junk and more junk and some garbage on top of that. Save up man amps are important components in your system. its not that much more money but the performance difference gap between your garbage amps and these legit amps is astronomical.
