Cheap .5ohm stable 2000 watt'er...

If you are willing to get 2 .5 ohm stable amps why don't you wire each pair of subs to 2 ohm and run 2 2ohm stable amps? They are a lot easier to find and cheaper. Run 2 Kicker 2500's, or if you want a 4000 get a Memphis, RFT40001, or Sundown 3000, it does around 4kw with the right voltage.

 
i would recommend finding a us vlx400, hard to find under a grand though. 2 pg tantrum 1200.1's. ic someone mentioned crossfire vr2000. i have always been fond of crossfire. the 30hc was a good amp two of them would be nice if you can find them. it took me a while to find the two 15hc bnib for an install im planning for spring. it will be a 100w rated system. two 15hc for the subs and punch 40 for highs, hoping to hit low 140s.
