I'm approaching this situation as though these are legitimate retards. People like Hulk Hogan's son that seriously do stupid shit like Tokyo Drift in the middle of a major intersection. The same thing should apply to those *** hat crotch rocket riders that pull wheelies on the freeway and thing their shit don't stink.

lol, im just saying, there are bigger problems out there then street racing. Many other things id like to see the gov't do something about, other then taking peoples vehicles for driving a little fast.

And im approaching this situation knowing how our gov't works and operates, and how individual cops think they can do wtf they want. The gov't is nothing more then a business, and its a business that has been screwing over its customers for years, and we are still happy as can be.

Local nursing student killed at an intersection just a few blocks from my house last night... you don't have to be doing 160 or even 60 for people to die. Happens all the time. 19 y/o got killed by a guy doing like 35 in my residential area 6 months ago, literally less than a block from my house. And I wasn't saying take away their car for a year and their license for a year... I am saying take away their car and sell it at auction or donate it to the police, period. Forever. I don't care if it's a $2000 beater or a $200,000 Ford GT. The license suspension should be for 1 year, mandatory, no options. No driving during work hours, no daylight hours, no motorcycle license, no nothing.

2nd offense... death.

FYI - DUI should have the same penalties.
