As for my own experience, I've never changed schools so I couldn't tell you. I wish I had, though.

I might have some experience from back in the day. But what is the problem and why do you need to "get out". The answer could be dependent on the reason.

Going about switching high schools right before senior year? I don't see any good way. You're going to leave the people you've known for 3+ years to jump into a new place with new people, new teachers, new curriculum, right before the last year of high school? I don't see how that could be helpful at all..
