now just on this part I can tell you know nothing about music. its called a hook and Every friggin pop song on the market overlplays the hooks thats what makes a song stick in your head and what often makes a one hit wonder. Yes he says it 40 times because thats what is marketable. now look up any song in top 40 radio and see how often a chorus is played. remember even that hick billy ray cyrus achie breakied about 80 times in his song."They see me rollin'
They hatin'
Patrollin' and tryna catch me ridin dirty
tryna to catch me ridin dirty
tryna to catch me ridin dirty
tryna to catch me ridin dirty
tryna to catch me ridin dirty
My music so loud
I'm slangin'
They hopin' that they gonna catch me ridin dirty
tryna to catch me ridin dirty
tryna to catch me ridin dirty
tryna to catch me ridin dirty
tryna to catch me ridin dirty"
>>What a complex and interesting intro to a song. Very intelligent.
Excellent chorus verse goes here. Once again not redundant at all.
CHORUS
CHORUS X2 >>>HE HAS NOW SAID THE SAME LINE 40 TIMES.
(tryna to catch me ridin dirty)

solid rap. on the thought of the "bling bling" stage of rap, that phase is IMO over. IMO we're getting into the southern rap stage and that'll be the latest and greatest for a good 2-4 years. to me though as i said before, 90% of the southern rap stuff isn't as good as what they used to do, i.e. paul wall, chamillionair, SUC, DJ Screw, Swisha House was cool at first, and Freestyle Kings were all awesome back in the day.all Hip Hop of today is like that, we are in the "bling bling" era. People would rather buy albums about cars and women then about raps with a message, hence why 50 cent sold 9 million and his 2nd album sold 5 million. But dont come on here saying all rap is idiotic and redundent, here is a rap and you tell me that its the same as that shit you posted
With all this extra stressin'
Tha question i wonder is after death
I feel my last breath
When will i finaly get to rest from this supression
They punish tha people that's askin questions
And those that possess
Steal from tha ones without possesions
Tha message i stress
To make it stop
Study your lessons
Don't settle for less
Even tha genius asks questions
Be gratifull for blessins
Don't ever change
Keep your essense
Tha powers in tha people and tha politics we address
Always do your best
Don't let this pressure make ya panic
And when ya get stranded
And things don't go tha way ya planed it
Dreaming of richs
In a position of makin' a difference
Polititions and hipocrites
They don't wanna listen
If i'm insane
Then tha fame ain't about ta change
It wasn't nothin' like tha game
It's just me against tha world
-2pac (me Against the World)
I just saw him in concert last night! Good show.x3go check some Common Sense music out
Keep in mind all these "stages" are simply mainstream stages, things the radio and MTV play. Its not like people listen to that crap recreationally (maybe the unenlightened //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif )solid rap. on the thought of the "bling bling" stage of rap, that phase is IMO over. dude if your profile is correct, you're 15 how the hell would you know what music is played in clubs?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gifThe point is, this music isnt just getting played in clubs. All the highschoolers and around that age buy into it and play it non stop. I am ignorant, no. I know enough about music. I guess it came across as i was bashing ALL rap. Not so, i meant this new mainstream stuff that SHOULD be club banging music, but it is not anymore, thats all you ever hear anywhere you go. There is good lyrical rap out there in some cases.
