was just browsing your builds, good job. one note. i see you wanted a nice larger flare, around 5.5-6" i presume, so you made many cuts around .5" apart correct to make the entire bend. You should only have 11 cuts total. thats it. nothing more. the structural integrity of the wall depends on each piece when bent coming together and touching. Im not knocking your work, it looks great, just trying to provide helpful insight is all

All the cuts were filled with bonding material and covered entirely for strength....thanks for the tip....
