yep, they just transfer me four times, to a person who give me a number of the west caost rep, and he only does LA, and apparently doesnt know who is over las vegas. I tried six times....

its hard as hell to get recones from them. they have them there, but they wont sell them directly to the public.

if you try hard enough though, u might get them to send you one. i got mine for free last year for my stroker pro.

i believe theyre owned by diamond audio now if that helps any.
