Those are spanking new, not sure if they are even on the CV website yet. They have never really produced anything that was crap, but they have become more mainstream to survive as of late.

That amp has the sweet lock-nut inputs (typically not present on cheap amps), and its fusing points towards it doing at least rated power. I'd say it sounds like a contender...were it not for the price lol

I was surprised by my EXL-400.4. IMHO it was a great buy at less than $120 shipped for 60x4 and it WILL indeed output 60x4 at 4 ohms. It's a tad bit overrated bridged into a 4 ohm load though because the most I could eek out of it was 186 watts per channel before clipping kicked in. I'm supposed to install it in my sister's car but she never brought it over. If she doesn't hurry up, I may sell it or trade it!
