Rumor is they have filed for Chapter 11...which sucks...and also the rumor is that Rockford Fosgate is trying to buy them out, but hell they have BEEN trying to to that for years...

Yea they did file for it. We carry them here in our shop and recieved a call sayin that they have to file for banrupcy so we can no longer buy from them. And rumor is Fosgate all ready bought em out but thats the rumor also heard that MTX had bought them out so we will see.

Okay...just confirming...thanks!!! MTX or RF...I know RF has already placed a bid, but CV said that it was too low...

Yep if anyone gets them RF will. Plus we carry them as well so we wont be gettin rid of CV. hopefully RF gives CV a makeover it well deserves.
