You seem to have it personally set out for me... so let me just clear this up..
Any legitimate concern that was brought up in the past thread you speak of, I made sure was dealt with; and even had the customers who felt wronged in the rare circumstance come in and let the community know that they were taken care of. We do NOT scam customers, and even though many from all over the country have posted in support of us in that thread, you continue to say we scam. You are looking for a personal apology but you have never been a Skar customer or got to experience how we treat our customers. We are not perfect, but when a mistake has happened in the past, I have made sure it was corrected.
I understand you may never support Skar, or even like us - but I would like to clear up anything you are confused about so if you want to give me a call @ 727-483-8482 I am more then happy to clear up anything you might thing we are "shady" about.
