Censorship

Ok, so the Skar thread is closed again. I am not going to complain, just going to say I am not going to give this forum another dime of my money. That thread informed a lot of people on how Kevin conducts his business. I know of at least 10 people who personally wrote me thanks for warning them about the issues posted there.
Polite questions:

1) Why was it closed?

2) Is starting another thread acceptable?

Well what ended up happening here was the orignial SKAR thread was closed. So multiple new SKAR threads were made and consolidated into SKAR audio crap. Well once all the threads were put together, the SKAR audio crap theard was then closed. Affectively eliminating any way of posting on the topic.
I am not saying that this was intentional, just how it happened.

Any legitimate concern that was brought up in the past thread you speak of, I made sure was dealt with; and even had the customers who felt wronged in the rare circumstance come in and let the community know that they were taken care of. We do NOT scam customers, and even though many from all over the country have posted in support of us in that thread, you continue to say we scam. You are looking for a personal apology but you have never been a Skar customer or got to experience how we treat our customers. We are not perfect, but when a mistake has happened in the past, I have made sure it was corrected.

I understand you may never support Skar, or even like us - but I would like to clear up anything you are confused about so if you want to give me a call @ 727-483-8482 I am more then happy to clear up anything you might thing we are "shady" about.

Anyways,

I hope that clears some things up...

not really what I was looking for. I'm looking for a list of rules on what can be posted. Also a rule set for vendors on what they have to follow and abide by to stay a vendor. I've looked and have not came up with anything. Maybe I over looked it?

Other then TOS and the various stickies on this forum there is not really a "set of rules" per say.

if there is none we can technically do whatever we wanted. i bet it is somewhere though.
