Celebrity Activist

Your a few months older than me. And no the force isnt strong in me, considering star wars is fake.

How dare you say such a thing. Let Skywalker himself strike you down //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif

I'm really only 8 years old;)

One thing that pisses me off in general about activists/charity work is how people only care when it happens to them. Tens of thousands of people die each year from cancer, yet people only become "activists" when either they have cancer or someone very, very close to them has cancer. For some reason, it's only then that they "suddenly" realize a disease is real and exists in something other than media formats.

i believe thats called selfishness, and ignorance. well call it igness. i hate igness people, GOSH! no but on a serious note, the only reason people support charity is for publicity to a mainstream subject. do u think that guy with poor *** indian kids really gives a **** when he goes home what happens? steve irwin has more love for animals than that guy does for world poverty. its sad people have to portray themselves as something they are far from. and to end this....i dont give a **** bout nobody outside of this country. and u know my views on people *****in bout bein poor.GET A **** JOB!

I think hes great, and he really stirs up the tree huggers. I always find that amuzing.
I loved watching that reality show "Surviving Nugent" that was on VH1 for a short time. Man does that guy hate hippies. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Very true and the same can be said for many other tragidies. Like the Girl that has gone missing in Aruba. That happens everyday in any given city. But why is it that she is the one who makes the news? Still even today when its day ~53 she is still on the news, well London is on it today. They need to let it go shes feeding the fishes by now.

I couldnt agree more though, everything is a terrible until it hits close to home then its a tragedy.

And of course they had to throw the ultra liberal animal loving tree hugging girl on there. God he had fun with them.
