The 6.5" Dayton DC-160's would not fit so they go back on the truck tomorrow, it's got to be a 5.25" so i am looking real hard the CDT Audio HPS-M116, they are $200 speakers on sale for $60/pair, my amplifier is rated for 75W per channel but that's also at 14.4V so i should be safe with a 50W max rms rating, i don't think it'll ever see 50W continuous but i am sure CDT is a bit conservative with their power ratings to begin with, let's hope so anyways..
Edit: Scratch that idea, going with the CDT Audio CL-5 midrange driver rated for 60W continuous and it's only $20 more.
Even at 13.8v there is the potential for 69 watts on a 75 watt channel so the CL-5 gives me much more peace of mind..
