I will be upgrading the tweeters to DRT-25 once the tweeters come in. The set pictured here has HD-100 tweeters, but I was informed HD-62 just switched over to DRT-25. This is a better tweeter. The price will not go up.

How do these 540 xovers compare to the 560`s?

The main thing is EX-560i uses an elliptic 5th/6th order design while EX-540 uses a standard 4th order design.

Basically it's not quite as fancy.

The tweeters shipped with HD-62 will be DRT-25, not HD-100. We got the better tweeters in to replace them. HD-100 is for sale separately.

GREAT SPEAKERS. I have the CL-62 and sound great with the imaging tweets so i can only imagine what the HDs sound like
