which is better?...i can get the 8455 for like 300$ and the 7200 for like whatever it is on ebay...but overall which is a better head unit

I really like the 72000. It looks like an awesome deck for the money. But I know the 8455 is a very nice deck as well. You can't go wrong with either but if I had to choose, I'd take the 7200.

I own the 7200 and I love it. Aesthetically I like the 8455 more, and if I am not mistaken, I think the 8455 is not a dead while the 7200 is. So if you get the 7200 you will have to have a mids and highs amp while with the 8455 you can hold off on it.

I just installed a 8445 in a 92 sentra (lol) it was for a friend and it sounded pretty good on stock speakers. allot of nice features etc.

Are you going to use an ipod!?

the 7200 has usb and ipod control the 8455 only has aux. inputs.

I use my ipod with the 8445 and it works perfectly, but you have to do everything with the ipod itself. the screen on the head is just blank when the ipods in use.

i will seldom use ipods...so u used a y adaptor and plugged it in the aux out?
