CD won't eject please help.

Had a lady with a toyota come in to the shop one day complaining that the cd player we sold her keeps eating her cd's... Shes like "I put like 5 in there". Im like wtf mate?

I pull apart the dash to find 5 cd's laying on the top of the radio.
