CD Changer Plug - RCA Outs

Im looking for a way to hook into the back of a Stock CD player in a 2000 Monte Carlo. I have a MP3 player that connects via RCA inputs. For my after market headunit i was able to find a plug that went into the back and split out into RCA's. Do they make such a think for Stock CD players?
