Anyone on here ever do business with these people ? I ordered, got a conformation email.... then nothing. They don't return email, they don't answer their phone, etc etc

I ordered subs about 5 years back from them. No problems. I ordered, they were here in a few days.

I ordered a few things through them 5-8 years ago. Always an Indian that answered the phone, with such a heavy accent we had a hard time communicating with each other. One item I received was open-box with pieces missing, which pissed me off, but their prices were incomparably cheap back then.

Im not sure if Im giving a positive review or a negative one here.

I think I had a positive experience since I once ordered 3 12" subs and paid for 3 but I recieved 4.
