may work, but im thinking more like i want all the songs on a buddies ipod 30 gig normal one ya know they transfer to my comuter from his ipod and not just stay in itunes but i can keep them on my harddrive as music files and so i can have them on my computer free to move them around and such

Thats what it does. It even saves them in folders organized by artist.

Woke up, took my girlfriend to work, so I could get the car fixed. Her check didn't come in, won't come in 'til 2, and the place closes at 2. Since that didn't work, I went to Blockbuster and rented some games to play. Pretty boring Tuesday.
