car wont start but radio, lights, etc.. works

when you said trying to turn i thought you meant it was turning over, just wouldnt start. if its clicking but not turning over, yes dead battery. but if its turning over and just wont start then all the other things mentioned.

as i said get out your DMM and check the resting voltage of the batt.
