Well I took it into wal-mart yesturday (friday) after jumping it in the morning. They said the alternator and battery tested fine. So far it still seems ok, although while running the system tonight the lights were dimming slightly with the sub. I'll drive it the next few days without running the system just to make sure its fully charged. In a few months I think I will put a good battery in it tho, I don't like these cheap walmart batteries anyway.
