im just throwin this out there but correct me if im wrong... watts = volts * amps so what im getting is take the 115 amp from the alty and the 12 volts from your battery = 1380... i assume you use this number to make sure your battery and alty will be able to handle it??

do the big three and run some high quality wire and you'll be fine. Not sure if those amps accept 1/0 but i would consider buying a kicker 1/0 wiring kit. If you have any problems with dimming after that i would look into getting spv44

Big 3 all the way. Forget cap buddy. I used cap before...it didn't do me any good except learn how to install it.

I'll be running ~2.3kw (daily, on music) on a 126A alt with the big-3 and a 2nd battery. Should be plenty for my setup.
