Capacitor

I noticed a little change, then again I will probably notice a bigger change after christmas once I get my new equipment and a new 125 Amp Alternator //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I can't wait!

125 amp alt? My stock one is 130amp....lol

like it said above, it is like a band-aid. if your elec system is ok, but there is just a little light dimming at high volumes, a cap will help. also, it provides a constant power source for your amp, so they are better in that sense. basically it doesn't hurt, but there are better options to fix the prob.

The battery is a constant power source for your amp.

Capacitors; They should be used to augment a strong electrical system, not to fix a weak one.

If you have a weak electrical system or your electrical system is struggling with the stereo, a capacitor is NOT a good option.
