whats to handle? no matter what the alt still has to charge the same amount of power back thats used, no matter if it goes to 1 bat or 3 bats and 1 50 farad cap...

All a cap is is a short-term storage device to stabilize system voltage. It will be fine, though that amp shouldn't need one that big anyway.

i doubt very seriously a 50 farad cap would do too much of anything esr would be too high and that amp is a monster

stop spending money on bs 50 fared caps and get an HO alternator, DIY the "big-3", and/or invest into a deep cycle battery.
