Capacitor Or Battery

I Currently Have An Orion H2 Sub With A Hifonix Amp And Was Wondering Which I Should Install. Would It Be Better To Get A 5 Farad Capacitor Or Another Battery.

You probably need a High output alternator more than anything else....capacitors are pointless a battery would be better but it will inly help a little bit since your alt can't keep up to start with. BTW how that sub sounding i am still trying to get mine hooked up....?

i'd say get a cap, but make sure its only of those cool looking ones with the neon lighhting and the volt display, i hear there better then adding in a battery, plus they look hella cool too

i would do neither. have you done the big 3 yet? when your engine is running, all your electrical devices are basically runing off the alternator so don't you think it would be wise to improve the source instead of adding additional strains to it, trying to patch the problem?

Do you know how a capacitor works, and thier purpose? Or do you just know that a large group of asshats put them in their vehicles expecting them solve all electrical problems and sorely come to learn that they do the opposite for thier application?

What Hifonics amplifier do you have?

Is your car having electrical problems (lights dimming heavily, etc)?

The Lights Dim..but Not Significantly, That's About The Only Problem I See.
