capacitor hookup????

alright i just bought a 1 fard cap and i dont really no how to hook it up. what is the charging process and how do i do that? thanx

there should be a little resistor that came with it....ground the cap to the vehicle...- terminal to a point on the body, put that resistor on the + terminal then put the power wire to the resistor.....keep testing the cap to see when it gets around 12 volts....your done....

hahahahha, same here. it ***** when they dont' put any instructions, or instructions that are very basic n dont' make sense
