capacitor help

is there a way to charge my monster cable 1.0 farad cap with somthing else besides a resister. im not sure they sent on with it was supposed too have. any help would be awesome!

no, you kind of need one to properly charge a cap. Talk to a local audio shop, they might be able to help you out.
