Cant Pair Alpine 148BT to Phone

Anybody know how to fix this? For some reason I cant pair via bluetooth my deck to my phone. I have an HTC ONE M9. The stereo is version c500 dont know if its the latest one or not.Only thing that comes out of bluetooth is calls.When i play music it will disconnect and when I go to settings no paired phones show up so Its not that the device is full.I already googled it and couldnt find anything helpful.Any help is greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

You could try resetting the radio back to default. Sometimes fixes weird issues like that.

Are you saying you can't play music via bluetooth at all? It is normal for the unit to stop playing music when a call is received.
