can't get a hold of knukonceptz customer service

i ordered some rca's from the knukonceptz site but need to excahnge them. ive called their customer service numerous times but no ones picked up. i sent an email and left a message today but still no reply. does anyone know a better way to get a hold of them or if they usualy take awhile to get back to people?

Sorry, its just been crazy with the holidays and all, the after noon is better if you are trying to call. Email is probably the best way to get a hold ud till xmas, we can take care of many of those faster then we can phone calls.

Duocin - I know I spoke to you on the exchange, did you get the email of the RA?

yes i did get the ra confirmation email, thank you. i ca understand it must be hectic during the holidays. i was just worried there was a time limit on exchanges so i was scrambling to get a hold of someone. once i did though customer service was excellent and vey helpful.
