Can't Decide

Well I have a few decisions to make here and I figured you guys could help me :p

Anyway, I've decided that I want to go with either 2 or 3 Alpine Type R's, 2 or 3 E12A's, or 2-3 IDQ12.v2's. Between these 3, which of these would give the best SQL setup?? I want it to be clear but I also want to be able to turn it up to impress whoever I want //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

An advantage to the Type R's and IDQ's for me is the fact that I can have a local shop install them because this would be my first system and I'm not sure if I could do an amp/sub install myself.

Can I get some opinions? Any help is greatly appreciated //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

Personally, I would go with the A series...they fit your description of what you want perfectly.

We could always help you through the sub/amp install if you needed - or the shop should be able to do it...though I would get some in depth information on them before letting them hack into my vehicle.

What vehicle would this be going into? Have you decided on an amp?

It will be going into my Nissan Murano and it has plenty of unused room in the cargo area so space isn't really an issue.

I was looking at a JBL 1200.1 or 2 depending on which configuration I went with.

So are you a Switched fan also? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/banghead.gif.8606515f668c74f6de0281deb475b6fd.gif

I'm thinking now that maybe 1 E12A would be enough to suit my needs?? If I decided to go with 1, is it difficult to get a second and upgrade my system at a later date?? Sorry if it's a dumb question, just a little new to car audio.

Just a tip, install yourself. Read on here and on the internet and find out how to install yourself. Shops aren't always the best place to go. They might install wrong or not to your needs. The installers may be someone who thinks they know what they are talking about and doing. From the installs I have done and seen, trust me, it is much better than going to a shop. I don't trust other people with my valuables like that.

nice car man.

i would say either the As or the IDQs would be good choices. a lot of ppl r impressed w their As, so i'll prob say dat, but i m not puttin down teh IDQs tho, they are supposed to be quite good too.

but if u r not confident to do it urself, u can just get the IDQs. Bear in mind tho, that you could technically just have the store do everything n u just give them the subs n money for installation. like tell them how much space u want for the subs, n they shoudl be able to do it for ya.
