I am going to either purchase 2 18" subs and take out my backseats(i hav a 02ford focus se) or purchase 2 12" subs to go in the trunk. Almost everyone says that removing my backseats is a terrible idea and that i will regret it. So i just need ur input on what is probably best and what subs i should get. i want to get Subs, Amp, Box and keep it under $2000. What are my best choices? Fi, MTX, DD, Mach 5,AQ?

Well how old are you and do you constantly have passengers in your car who are depending on you for a ride? I'm 18, and removing my backseats was the best move I ever made, I only have room for the girlfriend now and don't have to give any more than 1 person a ride anywhere, no one depends on me for rides, and when I'm going out with a group of people I don't get forced to drive... meaning I don't waste gas when I go out. Also means I am seldomly if ever the designated driver when i party...

Just think about how much sexier the 18's will sound compared to the 12's...

Lol, I have my SE's in a ghetto home-made box in my backseats in my camaro for a while, it was great not giving people rides.

But hey, now that they are in the trunk area still no one wants to ride with me cuz they're so loud.

Me: "Hey you need a ride man?"

Friend: "Nah man not with you, you're shit's too loud!".

*Has happened 3 times in the first week lmao*

which amp in ur opinion is better? the Massive Audio P3000.1 or the Sundown SAZ-3000D?

so i am thinking either 2 18" Fi BL's, 2 18" HDC3's, or 6 12's?

I like the sundown SAZ for looks and power output. See SSA for test results on the 3000D.

I think that being excessivly loud of of a trunk and having a back seat is **** cool, and lil more stealth.

Or go AQ route and do 2 2200's on a pair of 18HDC's wang!

i find it really hard to be really loud out of a trunk....i think the wall is the greatest idea..and i will definitely look into the AQ stuff.
