Both of my amps will not turn on. I have a 4 gauge power wire going from the bat to a distro block. One 4 gauge and one 8 gauge is coming out of the block one. The 4 goes to the sub amp and the 8 goes to the mid amp. I have checked the amp turn on lead multiple times and it is right. Could there be a problem with the ground or is it something else someone can think of?? Please help. This problem has been buggin me out.

Yeah. You should get a multimeter, and make sure that you have voltage at the + and - on the amp's terminals. If not, check all fuses. If you have a very low voltage, make sure your grounds are scraped down to bare metal, and properly secured.

If you do have voltage at the terminals, you can run a short jumper wire from the amp's remote terminal to the + terminal. If the amp turns on, you probably have the remote wire ran off the radio antenna, rather than the amp turn on antenna. You can also check this by switching the source on the HU from CD to radio.
