General consensus is that ported prefabs are bad due to the unknown tuning or very high tuning. Sealed boxes are perfectly fine with the exception of the factory seal job.lol, cheapest best is the webs, but I don't trust prefabs myself.

I actually just grabbed a 1.5cu ft one on eBay. I'll hit Wal-Mart when it gets here and fill 'er up and reseal. ThanksGrab some polyfill at Walmart for $3 for a 16 ounce bag, some liquid nails to reseal the corners, and your set.

Depends on the sub. Thats right about what my Evo calls for sealed and its a 10".thats a huge box for a sealed 12" sub, about right for ported
