I thought that Li-Ion batteries don't produce a very noticable memory, at least, no where near that of a Ni-mh..most all batteries have charging cycles, and can develop "memories". the "memory" is actually a build up of crystals in the batt that limit its capacitance. over charging, not properly charging, interupting charge cycles, or poor battery maintenance can facilitate the crystal growths, shortening the life of the battery.
its most common in cell phones, at least in my experience.
iirc its not really a problem in true lithium Ion batteriesI thought that Li-Ion batteries don't produce a very noticable memory, at least, no where near that of a Ni-mh..
ah. Well then is the iPod Li-Ion or Li-Polymer?iirc its not really a problem in true lithium Ion batteries
Its lithium polymer batts that have the worst memory/swelling issues
i would assume its lithium ion but i dont know for sureah. Well then is the iPod Li-Ion or Li-Polymer?
