Ok might be a stupid question but i'm just wondering? I have a Alpine CDA-9830 HU and on it it's xm ready it says. Well the question is. I haven't used it in my new car. I have sirius in it that i purchased. i'm wanting to put the HU in the car and use the HU for the sirius, can this be done or does it really only run XM? I assume there are adapters I need?

if teh cda-9830 has AUX in yeah you can use your sirius unit. or even use an FM mod.
