Hey guys. I have a quick question. I lucked out on woofersetc..I got CDT Audio EF-61FG for $200 w/ free shipping. The deal is that I had gotten a lower model and they upped me to this one for free....I said ok, but now am wondering if my amp has the juice to run these. I have a JL 300/2, 150x2 rms I believe (but at what V?). . States 170 watts rms power handling...I'm guessing it's not such a great

idea to run these off my jl amp? Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks!

The amp will make rated power (150rms) from 11v-14.5v, the speakers are rated for 170rms. So the speakers are a little underpowered. That's fine. Well not fine but not going to cause any harm as long as you set your gains correctly.
