i dunno about the bass, but if you dont have the proper electrical to back up your amp and your voltage is constantly reaching low voltages then im sure that could mess up the fuel pump, but dunno about just the bass

i seen this dude on youtube who said his fuel line got jacked up from his subs bammin to hard. he had 6 12 pioneers in a old school olds IIRC. i think it got jacked b/c his vehicle looked good on the outside, but he failed to take care of the engine and other components. if you type in "6 12" you can find the vid. his car is red w/ 26" davins. hilarious vid BTW

i could see this ^^ causing it to go bad over time but as far as just straight bass it could still happen but it would be extremly rare! base can shake anything lose over time and if it's loud enough but if someone told me it actually happened then i'd have to see it to believe it...

maybe my 94 grand am pump stopped on me but when i took it out of the car pump work just fine hooked up to a battery. in my new car (05 sebring) seems the pump is going out on me causing hard starts.

could be unrelated problems and just high mileage or the bass i unno
